As parents, we spend so much of our time making sure our children are doing well at school, staying healthy and having fun — but how often do we actually stop and ask them, “What do you dream about?”

This November, we’re creating a little space for families to pause, dream and imagine what’s possible — together. Join us for a Pocket Vision Board Workshop at Myton School, Warwick, where children and parents can get creative, talk about their hopes and dreams, and turn them into a colourful pocket-sized vision board they can keep as a daily reminder.

Because sometimes, the smallest reminder can inspire the biggest dreams.

What is a Vision Board? Why a Pocket vision board?

A vision board is a collection of images, words, colours and ideas that represent the things we hope for, dream about and want to experience in our lives. But instead of creating a large board that stays at home, a Pocket Vision Board is small enough to carry with you - a little reminder of your dreams that can fit into your pocket, school bag, or pencil case.

Children might choose pictures representing places they want to visit, things they want to learn, hobbies they want to explore, personal goals, friendships, adventures or even the qualities they would like to develop in themselves.

There are no right or wrong dreams. This is their vision, their imagination and their story.

On a deeper level, the Vision Board is a powerful tool to train the subconscious mind to remind you of your goals and to make positive thoughts habitual.

Why Create a Vision Board With Your Child?

Children have wonderfully big imaginations, but as they grow, it can be easy for their dreams to get buried under schoolwork, screens, and everyday routines.

Creating a vision board gives children an opportunity to slow down and think about:

  • what makes them happy

  • what they would love to achieve

  • where they want to go

  • what kind of person they want to become

It can encourage creativity, self-expression and positive thinking while opening up conversations between parents and children that you might not normally have.

And perhaps the most special part? You get to dream together.

Dream it. Create it. Carry it with you.

Why is the Vision Board Workshop considered an empowering activity for School Children?

Vision board workshops can inspire children to dream big, work hard, and stay motivated—all while having fun!

Vision board workshops are more than just a fun activity—they provide children with a safe, creative outlet to explore their dreams, feel empowered, and nurture their mental health in a positive way.

I always say "If you can see it, you can manifest it". It is important for children to take time and put their dreams together. Especially in a School setting, where children can come together to think about their dreams and goals and create together in a safe and supportive environment.

Looking for a Meaningful Family Activity in Warwick?

If you're looking for something a little different to do with your children, this family workshop is designed to be more than just another creative activity.

It’s an opportunity to put the screens away, spend quality time together and give your children the freedom to imagine what their future could look like.

Whether your child loves art and creativity, has a big imagination, enjoys trying new things or simply needs a little encouragement to think about their dreams, this family workshop in Warwick offers a fun and meaningful experience for both children and parents.

Two Creative Minds. One Special Family Experience.

This workshop brings together mindset and creativity to create something children can genuinely connect with.

I’ll guide families through the mindset and vision-building side of the experience - helping children think about their dreams, aspirations, positive thoughts and the things they want to bring into their lives.

Joining me is the wonderfully creative Rakha Madahar — surface pattern designer, illustrator and artist.

Rakha will help children and parents transform their ideas and visions into a beautifully designed mini vision board, using creative materials, artistic techniques and her professional design expertise.

Together, we bring two different worlds into one experience:

Pallavi → Mindset, manifestation, self-belief & positive thinking.

Rakha → Art, creativity, design, colour & visual storytelling.

The result? A Pocket Vision Board that isn't just beautiful to look at — it means something to the person who created it.

Ready to Dream Big Together?

Whether your child dreams of travelling the world, becoming an astronaut, learning a new skill, making new friends, helping others, becoming an artist, playing a sport or simply having more adventures — there's no dream too big or too small.

If you're looking for family activities in Warwick, a creative children's workshop, or something meaningful to do together, we'd love you to join us.

Come along, put the screens aside, bring your imagination and create something you'll treasure.

Spaces for our Pocket Vision Board Workshop at Myton School, Warwick are limited.

Give your child the opportunity to dream big, think positively, get creative, and believe in what's possible.

And who knows — perhaps you'll rediscover a few dreams of your own along the way.

Why MUST the Vision Boarding, visualisation, affirmations, journalling, and other manifestation practices be included in the School?

Why not? Manifestation is not a "woo-woo word" or mystical concept. Manifestation simply means 'to make it happen'. It’s often misunderstood. But at its core, it’s rooted in psychology, focus, and intentional action.

Manifestation doesn’t mean just wishing for something and sitting back. It’s about setting clear intentions and aligning your daily actions with those goals. Small, consistent efforts lead to progress.

Manifestation Quote by Pallavi Prasad - award-winning manifestation mindset and mindfulness coach

"If doing yoga and meditation is normal; so is vision boarding, visualisation, affirmation, journalling, and other manifestation techniques. It is all for the wellbeing of mind, and to help live a more positive life."

Manifestation is about clarity and action

It’s the process of identifying what you want in life and taking focused steps to achieve it. When you align your mindset, energy, and habits with your goals, you naturally start working toward them.

Science supports Manifestation

Concepts like the reticular activating system (RAS) in the brain show how focusing on specific things makes you more aware of opportunities and resources related to those goals.

For example, when you think about buying a certain product, you suddenly start noticing it everywhere. The same applies to goals—when you're focused, your brain filters the world to align with those priorities.

Athletes use mental imagery to visualize themselves succeeding. Great speakers practice in front of the mirror before their big day. This isn’t magic—it’s psychological preparation. Vision boards and manifestation work the same way, helping people focus and mentally rehearse success.

By focusing on positive outcomes, you reinforce the belief that you can achieve them. This creates confidence and reduces self-doubt, motivating you to take action.

Why MUST Manifestation techniques be taught at an early age to children?

Teaching manifestation techniques to children early on is life-changing because their subconscious mind is still forming, making them more open to positive beliefs, confidence, and success-driven habits. When kids learn how to direct their thoughts, emotions, and energy, they gain a powerful advantage in life.

At an early age, children's subconscious mind absorbs everything like a sponge, without questioning it. If they are taught positive beliefs, visualization, and affirmations early, these become their default mindset for life.

Many adults struggle with negative thinking and self-doubt because they were never taught how to manage their mindset. When kids learn manifestation techniques (affirmations, gratitude, visualization), they develop emotional intelligence and resilience. This helps them stay calm, focused, and confident, even when facing challenges.

A Pocket Vision Board is a simple, creative way to begin those conversations.

It gives children permission to ask themselves:

What do I want?

What makes me happy?

What do I want to learn?

Where would I love to go?

Who do I want to become?

And perhaps most importantly — “Why not me?”

It's been so useful to support our learning, it's just been absolutely amazing to hear them talking about themselves and how they describe themselves as being happy, and confident and having the chance to talk about the things that they want to do in the future, their dreams and their goals. More about me and why I am so passionate about Manifestation

I am Pallavi Prasad, an award-winning Manifestation and Mindfulness Coach.

I am also a Reiki and pranic healer; as well as the author of Bedtime Prompts.

As seen on

I have over 15 years of practical experience in manifestation. I have manifested innumerable things, traveled around the world, and attracted like-minded into my life. One such incredible story about manifesting every single thing from my vision board for my first baby was a piece of big news in the media.

Pallavi's Incredible Manifestation Story published in Coventry Observer Newspaper

Post-lockdown, I found my purpose and followed my true calling to help others live their dream lives with manifestation techniques.

I have been coaching children, families, companies, and communities with tools such as vision boards, subconscious reprogramming, raising vibrational energy with elements of nature, journaling, affirmation, and gratitude practices.

What makes me unique?

I strongly believe that we can not manifest a dream life full of vitality and positive life all 24/7 with just our minds. Mind, body and soul - all three needs to be in alignment for us to have a high vibe life.

My practical knowledge of energy techniques such as Reiki and Pranic healing has helped me understand the energetics behind our thoughts, feelings, and their manifestations in everyday life.

My unique expertise lies in creating a manifestation lifestyle (and not just a one-off coaching programme) that's simple and easy to incorporate into every day.

"Manifestation is a life skill that everyone needs to learn. Any story can be rewritten by thinking positively. Every day can be an opportunity to find ecstatic moments."

I am driven to educate the young ones. If these positive thinking tools such as gratitude, affirmations, vision boards, and visualisation are introduced in the early stages of children’s lives, they become habitual - a positive habit that they can carry on throughout their life. It also helps build their belief system on positive thinking.

So here I am, taking steps for the seeds of my pure intent to grow into a beautiful tree of the world.

I host online classes for children on manifestation techniques and chakras, along with one-to-one coaching and in-person events throughout the year.
